Creating and developing engaged communities
I recently had the pleasure of connecting with the fantastic team at QuestionPro, who kindly invited me to speak on a webinar focused on communities, based on my experience of trying to build a community at Biggerplate.
It was a very interesting proposition for me, as I'm often asked to talk about mind mapping, but not often asked to talk about the community aspect of what we do (and what we've done) at Biggerplate over the years. I therefore leapt at the opportunity, and challenged myself to try and present an honest assessment of what we got wrong, and what we got right(ish) in terms of building and developing an engaged mind mapping community at Biggerplate.com. You can view the video here, and I'd welcome any perspectives from the community members who've been with us on the journey so far!
